Naša kužina by LF Restoran@ATP-Umag 2017

"Modernu interpretaciju istarskih tradicionalnih jelovnika u Našoj kužini, već treću godinu predstavlja nam vrhunski catering servis LF Restorana, istarskoj publici poznat kroz jednostavnu kreativnost Chefa Roberta Perića. 

Biti tradicionalan u izboru namirnica, ali istovremeno baratati modernim tehnologijama u pripremi i serviranju hrane, osobitosti su koje opisuju gastronomiju LF Restorana. "

"Da postoji natjecateljska kategorija 'najbolji desert ATP turnira', tu bi titulu definitivno ove godine ponijela poslastica chefa Roberta Perića iz restorana Naša kužina by LF Restaurant.

Tortica od lješnjaka i anisa u umaku od bijele čokolade i bosiljka, poslužena uz žličnjak od tamne čokolade, bila je njihov najtraženiji a la carte desert o kojem se s oduševljenjem pričalo među posjetiteljima turnira.

"Jako smo zadovoljni reakcijama gostiju. Komentari su isključivo pozitivni. Što se tortice od lješnjaka tiče, pripremali smo ih čak 80 po danu", govori chef Perić koji jedini u Hrvatskoj nosi i titulu Maestro chocolatier."

"If there were a Umag Tournament's Best Dessert competition category, the title would definitely go to a sweet delicacy by Chef Robert Perić of Naša Kužina by LF Restaurant.

His hazelnut and anise tartlet with a white chocolate and basil sauce, served with a dark chocolate dumpling, was their most popular a la carte dessert that the visitors talked about with such enthusiasm and delight.

"We are very pleased with the reactions of our guests. The comments have all been very positive. As far as the hazelnut tartlet is concerned, we would prepare as many as 80 of them each day", said Chef Perić, Croatia’s only Maestro chocolatier."
